Vivràdom is a homecare and support organization recognized by the Health Department of Canton of Vaud. It provides services throughout the Canton of Vaud. We help people with health problems to remain at home, by providing effective, safe, high-quality care and support.

In order to expand our team, we are currently looking for several positions as :

Health auxiliary (M/F)

Job Description :

Duties :

• Provide personal hygiene and comfort care
• Accompany patients in daily activities at home and/or outside the home
• Encourage patients’ involvement in care, according to their level of autonomy
• Implement hygiene and safety measures, both during interventions and when using medical devices
  
• Gather and transmit the information required to carry out nursing care, with a view to developing the care process
  
• Transcribe observations, actions and assessments carried out with patients into the software.
  
• Participate in on-call duty during the week and approximately 2 weekends per month.

Profile:

• Holder of a Red Cross health auxiliary certificate / nursing auxiliary diploma or equivalent qualification
  
• Experience in an institution or in home care a plus
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  
• Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  
• Ability to take initiative and make appropriate decisions, even in emergencies
  
• Stress resistance and flexibility
  
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and responsibly
  
• Valid driver’s license
